I had to deal with Rand by phone as I live in another state and needed something for my Mother. I was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful the gentleman who answered the phone was. He answered all my questions and walked me through all the types of equipment I needed. He then took my information and arranged to have everything delivered to my Mother. This is true old fashioned service at it's best. Thanks Rand.
