The local office is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful, easy to work with and I always feel as if they are looking out for my well being. The only downside is when I have to call the 800 number for help with problems the local office isn't able to handle. The phone customer service can be all but worthless, especially if you are having problems with mail order supplies.
