If it's oxygen you need, they are great providers and take good care of you.If your oxygen machine breaks or malfunction, they take care of it day or night.

Now for the downside. If your nebulizer you bought from them breaks, like the cord breaks off at the base they will be hateful, rude & accusing you of damage that you somehow did and wants you to spend $75.00 for another one even though the machine is under 5 year warranty because their boss told them not to replace these machines.

In order to be treated fairly, I called the Company that made this product, Briggs Healthcare at 800-622-4714. They were great. When I told them what happened, they advised the machine is under warranty and sent me a new one immediately but I had to pay for shipping.
