Very disappointed in the empathy the company shows when THEY make billing mistakes and need to PAY BACK a consumer thousands of dollars. They act like they are doing you a favor. Be very careful of th em charging you AND billing your insurance carrier as well. Unless you oversee this process it will happen and they won't care much or hurry to reimburse what you've paid. And, checks from them "always" get lost int he mail somehow.
I wish I could give this company ZERO STARS! Their procedures and polices don't work. Amy Campbell is an inept imp that can;t do her job. Kevin Prior is a screamer at customers from way back. Just ask a 20 year retired employee who worked for him. Numerous mishaps and LONG wait for your equipment at ALL their branches. We have tried moving to a new branch and the same thing. They've actually YELLED AT US! So professional! We tried to complain about a chronic problem and have been labeled nuisances and BANNED when all we're really guilt of is voicing our views of their broken and dangerous procedures. AJ Filippis only cares about publicity to lure more customers. Their motto "First to Serve. First to Care." is nothing more that a catchy phrase to lure new customers to their haphazard company. Bob DeWolf and the rest of this company could not care less about their customers. I am writing this review simply to warn innocent customers from wasting their time. Don't believe this review?
