The staff is pleasant and welcoming. Internal systems stink. I called to reorder C-pap supplies. Because I had a new provider I was told they would take care of getting a new script,. A month went by and I called to see what was wrong. It was unclear who had not done what. They said they would do it that day. I called and alerted my provider. Two days later my provider called to say they had seen nothing. I called again to see where they sent it. Wrong number. When I gave the correct one, the person said, "Oh, that's why it bounced back." ???? So still using broken mask held together by Gorilla Tape. This is not the first time. Sigh.
