I WAS a customer for a number of years, for both my CPAP and supplies. However when I started to try to order new supplies in Nov 2013, the experience was a disaster. Sometimes calls would go to other parts of a parent company (Lincare?) that could only say - yes we have you on file.
Repeated promises were made that they would check and call me back and I never got a single call back.This ended up costing me some money since the supplies would have been on the 2013 plan year when I had met the deductible and plan maximum.
I have moved my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family, or my worst enemy.
Three or four calls in they said my files were archived and/or information (insurance info) was not transferred when the were bought by the new company. I kept having to explain what I needed.
I finally went to another vendor which involved getting copies of my original sleep study and other inconveniences, but I now have a new mask, filters and nasal pillows.
My CPAP needed repair. It took them 8 weeks to diagnose the problem. They never call me back. It's now been 4 additiona weeks making it a total of 12 weeks and still nothing. They are rude and not at all helpful.
I agree they have are terrible. My CPAP machine is not working properly and I have been calling for three weeks to get a tech out and nobody calls me back. Even asked for the manager three times and she has not called back. Glad they are in the business of helping people!
