They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. So, in my words, this is the worst place that I've ever had to deal with, and this is regarding health and not just anything you would pick up from any store. They lie when they say they will mail out your supplies. They lied about the follow-up calls. I had to follow-up with them. I never got any courtesy call back when something couldn't be delivered. I waited for about 2 weeks and then I called. Didn't get an apology or any explanation as to why I didn't receive my delivery. So, with that said I switched to another provider. Use them at your own risk. When it comes to your health, shop around for the #1 places. Don't settle for their crappy attitude that I had to deal with when I called to ask for help. They were short with me from the beginning of the conversation. Got different answers from 3 people that I spoke to about why I didn't get my delivery. They suck!
