They are disgraceful! My elderly mother has been contacting them for over three weeks for her colostomy supplies and they tell her that the person she needs to talk to is gone for the day or not in the office and they'll make a note. She has to use Basinger due to her Medicare plan and can't afford the $500+ to purchase her supplies without the insurance. She's now rinsing out the same colostomy bag because she has no supplies. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!
