Owners/employees are extremely rude when they answer the phone. They become defensive when you ask questions. They are not at all helpful. They came to look at my dad's hospital bed when he had company visiting and proceeded to remove a foam cushion that was on my dad's mattress, put it on the floor and left without saying anything. This was one of the owners. Hardly what I would call professional. I can't imagine how they stay in business.

Only got a 1 star and they didn't even deserve that. Not professional, indifferent and couldn't even process my medical request. Communication was not even existent. Numerous calls placed and highly dissatisfied with each and every encounter. Their integrity leaves much to be desired. I am NOT the type of person who likes to give a bad review; but seriously... they should not be in business.
