The company is crooked in my opinion. They billed Medicare and Tricare over $1,800 for a knee brace you can buy on the internet (same company) for $44.99. I called Medicare and Tricare to report them and they didn't even care . More government bs.

Do not use this company. They talked to my elderly mother and got her to order all kinds of braces. I called to cancel and they would not let me. I then refused all orders from the UPS and thought everything was ok. My mother received a form to fill out so they could send it to Medicare.I called and they had told me the package was delivered and signed for. I told them I knew they were not because I had refused them. After talking to a few people, someone called and said it was canceled. Yesterday, my mother had gotten her Medicare statement and there was a charge from these scam artist for the grand total of 1,936.11. I have been trying to call and I can not reach anyone. My next call will be to Medicare Fraud.
