my grandfather was ordered a bipap machine from the naples location back in october and here it is february and stil NO machine!!!!! This company has NO COMMUNICATION with the ordering providers or the patient!!! Very unprofessional and to try and speak to a supervisor is just as equally difficult!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!!
