I am very upset with this company in regards to their business practices. I was told my new cpap was covered at 100% and was verified with my insurance co. Two weeks later I find a $60.00 charge on my credit card. I was on the phone for well over an hour, mostly on hold, two supervisors hung up on me because they could not resolve the problem. This company tells its customers one thing and then does another. Tells you you are covered 100% and the charges fees. This company should back up what they tell customers. No integrity! Most customers are seniors and not well. Sad they treat ANY human being in such a manner. The company is Apria Healthcare.
