There have too many incompetent people that answer the phone and give you incorrect information. First person said they would look in to the different CPAP machines and tell me what I could have but never called back the second call was to an answering machine that said to leave my information and they would call me back but never did. The third person said that I would need a Doctor's prescription the replace my broken seven year old machine even though I was a long term Lincare customer. They would call my Doctor and get back to me, but never did. The forth person said there were no notes in my file for a new machine request, plus I did not need a Doctors prescription to replace my broken machine. She set up an office appointment and will have my machine in another week. It only took four phone calls but it looks like I will only be with out a CPAP machine for three and a half weeks.
Have called twice to get CPAP supplies has been over a month since I originally called to order. 2nd time I called they told me that they have no record of calling the first time. CSR was pleasant during my 2nmd call but 2 weeks later still have nothing in hand!!!
They stink. Were supposed to deliver a walker to my elderly mother on a Thursday morning. Called them over and over. They were mean and doing me a favor talking to me. They told me it would be there Friday. By 5PM Friday another call to them and still no walker. They finally called on Monday to say they were on their way. It was easier to just go buy one so we did. Not worth the $72 purchase for such aggravation. When you need equipment, you need it NOW not 4 days later. IDIOTS.
