There have too many incompetent people that answer the phone and give you incorrect information. First person said they would look in to the different CPAP machines and tell me what I could have but n ever called back the second call was to an answering machine that said to leave my information and they would call me back but never did. The third person said that I would need a Doctor's prescription the replace my broken seven year old machine even though I was a long term Lincare customer. They would call my Doctor and get back to me, but never did. The forth person said there were no notes in my file for a new machine request, plus I did not need a Doctors prescription to replace my broken machine. She set up an office appointment and will have my machine in another week. It only took four phone calls but it looks like I will only be with out a CPAP machine for three and a half weeks.
