Along with the reviews - I have visited the office in west hartford on several occasions. They loose your information, your orders, and claim they have not received the RX from your doctor. The office is understaffed, inefficient, and spends more time talking personal stuff. its time to file a class action lawsuit as provider of medical supplies and equipment not being fulfilled leaving people in medical crisis.
