Not very professional in communicating the status of your order.
Their automated phone/message system is madding, you never get connected to anyone and if you have an opportunity to leave a message, the mailbox is full. The system seems designed to make a one man shop larger than it seems.
I'll try a 3rd time to get a response on my order, if not then I'll shop elsewhere.
The worst health care experience ever!!! I talked to five different people about the status of an assistive device over a period of three days, simply needed to swap a part. It was not until I talked to the owner that anything happened (he was very nice, and, at the time, I thought helpful), no one else had a clue what to do. 5 WEEKS LATER (excuse me, does it take that long to swap a part?), I got the device back IN DANGEROUS CONDITION. Perhaps this was because the device was under warranty and they wanted me to pay in cash up front because "it would be faster." The fact that I had to call five different people, wait five weeks and the device is dangerous to use leads me to say this: STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN - particularly if you have a life threatening condition.
