I received fantastic customer service. The employee are all very helpful.
I won't use any other company except them. My Doctor ordered me supplies from this company to be delivered to my home and I was shocked at how fast I received them. The people that deliver them are very nice and understanding how all the equipment works.
The website was easy to use too.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming.

Actually, I discovered that I needed oxygen at night from a test I took. Within 2 hours one of their staff, Jesse, brought out the oxygen generator to our home and stayed to explain the system to me. He was gentle and explained everything well. I'll definitely be staying with them.

I needed a new piece of equipment, and within one day had received it, even though our home is over 10 miles away. They were always very considerate and professional.
