Have been using this company for over a year. They contact you 1 or 2 times to see if you need supplies. You tell them yes, then it takes you calling them 2 or 3 times before you actually get the supplies. Nothing but problems with this company. I was told supplies weren't shipped because I needed new authorization (they are supposed to take care of this). Nobody contacted me about this. When I called a week later they told me authorization had not come through - not so, it was approved same day submitted a week ago. All I do is call this company repeatedly, supplies are always late to the point I am using the same filters for a month. Terrible company.
