I am 48 years old and I have never had an interaction with any company and got such horrible help and service as Apria. I have been trying for 11 months to get a new mask and tubing for my 85 year old moms cpap machine and Apria is not going to get it done at all. I have had no less than 40 phone calls to Apria in the 11 month period. We chose Apria because they claim to have a relationship with Stanford. Stanford has sent Apria the prescription, sleep studies and doctor visit notes and downloads at least 10 times. Apria even told me in June that they would get it directly from Stanford but still nothing. Apria has misrepresented themselves as having a relationship with Stanford obviously. I have even had phone calls twice advanced to conflict resolution. My moms current mask is now 3 years old and completely failed over 2 months ago so she has not been getting her oxygen or cpap at night since then. I have no option left but to give up on Apria and start over with another company, I have never given a bad review to ANY company before. I have been in business world myself for 30 years and never have i experienced any regard to help a patient,. You should not be in business. Stanford has called you directly and asked specifically what you need and given it to you. You keep saying you dont have it. Stanford also does this every day and the gentlemen there is familiar with medicare requirements for documentation and assures me he has sent everything to qualify to get a mask and tubing. Apria said they would call stanford directly and get what they need but i just continue to get letter after letter saying you need something. What you say you need keeps changing as well. Your customer service people say the same thing over and over to me. I am sorry but we need ??? or we will not process the order. I forward letter to stanford they send it and you dont have it. Again and again and again. You should not have a license to be in the service industry.Any slogans you have about caring are inaccurate. I cannot even give you one star but it wont save till i do, so you get an undeserved star.Not even any effort to get your patient what they medically need.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
