Have used this company for a little over 5 years. First, they closed their office in town without notifying the clients. Then instead of calling me on Mondays to see what I would need on Tuesday for delivery, they quit coming weekly and stated they would only service the account monthly. No notice or anything. It was a huge mess and I am so glad to have another provider of oxygen! I chose Inogen, recieved a portable unit today as well as the house unit. I will own the portable unit and will never need tank oxygen again!
