Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. I cannot get a return phone call. I have been waiting for 15 months for a refund on a piece of equipment that I paid for upfront.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
