They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
