I currently work for a long-term care facility and have had many dealings with Arthur (owner) and his company. We have always been very pleased with him but that all quickly changed. We had been requesting a power chair for a resident and needed 2 of our power chairs repaired. Arthur gave us the run around for 2 weeks, claiming he would show up every day and never did with not so much as a phone call. When I called him after two weeks and simply requested that he communicate with us, he rudely cut me off and told us that we should go ahead and find another company. This is an awful display of professionalism and we will never be utilizing this company again. I strongly advise against utilizing a company who does not do what they say they will and is completely unapologetic.
