They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They keep your old insurance information in your account so sometimes they accidentally try to run your prescription through an old insurance and they tell you your meds are not covered, but they actually are! This problem is mainly in the Eau Claire shopko, chippewa is much better. There is better places to go in Eau Claire.
