We are affiliated with Town & Country Drug Store in Stonewood, as well as Village Pharmacy in Lost Creek, Michel's Pharmacy in West Union, and Salem Colonial Pharmacy in Salem. Community Pharmacy recently opened on June 30th, 2014. This was the previous location of the Prescription Shop, however, we have no affiliation or ties to that previous business.

Slow service and very expensive. Found out that the druggist provided incorrect dosage info. for my 6 month old. Thankfully I checked with my son's Doctor and discovered the dose was more than double
