About

Tony Pratt, RPh

Martinsville Family Pharmacy (MFP) is a locally owed independent pharmacy founded in 2001. MFP moved to its current location in 2003 and has grown to be the area's busiest pharmacy. MFP has a long history of working with the many agencies in our community that assist those who are unable to pay for their medications. MFP now has 12 pharmacists on staff. Since we do not have the overhead of the big box corporate pharmacies we have more people available to help care for you. It also means that even with our lower prices, more money stays local to help our economy.

Services MFP offers free delivery throughout Martinsville and Henry County, and the convenience of Martinsville's first pharmacy drive thru window. MFP is expanding its services to include an immunization program. A full time Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Pharmacist is available to help you work with your doctor to insure that you get the best benefit from your medications. We recognize that when you pick up your new prescription you may not have time to talk with the pharmacist. That is why we have consultant pharmacists who will call you soon after you start a new antibiotic, or medication for diabetes or blood pressure. We want to make sure that you understand how to take your medication and what to expect from it. But regardless of what you are taking or how long you have been on it, we are glad to answer your questions, just give us a call.
