For a pharmacy that deals in medications to stop premature birth they ARE THE WORST!!!! 4 weeks to process a medication that aims to keep my baby alive??? REALLY!!!!! Phone tag for 4 weeks and ST ILL DIDNT GET THE MEDICINE!!!!!!! Having to pay $4,000 (YES 4 THOUSAND) dollars because a pharmacy cant get it together to process the perscription!!! CLOSE UP SHOPW AND GET OUT THE BUSINESS YOUR IN BEFORE YOU KILL MORE PEOPLE! B/c Im SURE a death has resulted from this companies carelessness!
I have the hardest time getting them to ship my medication on time. A fax from my doctor was sent 1/13/14. I called to insure the medication was being shipped and was lied to. The attendant said th e fax was received on 2/11/14 and it would take 2 bus. days to process. They stated they would call back on Friday. No call was received and I called back on Monday 2/17/14. I was then told the fax did come in on 1/13 but the prescription was entered incorrectly. I was then told they would call me back on 1/18. I never heard from them. I called myself 1/18. Found that they entered it wrong again for a 3 month dose not my normal 1 month dose and the insurance would not pay. I talked to a supervisor and she told me it will take 2 bus days to process. I said it has been 5 bus. days and my medicine needs to be received by 1/19/2014. She said she would send it to a supervisor in the pharmacy. She hung up. I still do not know if my medicine will be shipped on time. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered and this is not the first time they have sent my medicine late. How does any company stay in business when they run their company like this???
