Kelly konrad the pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn't fill legitimate prescriptions even if they are from a hospital for a doctor's office she won't fill them. She'll say she has to order them and she'll send you to another Pharmacy only to find out that she had called that Pharmacy and all the pharmacies around the neighborhood not to fill your prescription. She'll take your dignity away she passes judgment on all of the customers patience that walk in there and need a prescription filled. She'll tell you that she lose her license. She won't lose her license that's a lie. If she has a grievance tell her to call your doctor or the hospital that you got your prescription from. If you are disabled like I am oh, you can file a complaint with the pharmacy board Pennsylvania, ADA. And I also like to mention that she has been 2 lots of different CVS's and has been relocated to a lot of different CVS's because she doesn't know how to get along with General Public. She should be fired for good instead of sent to another Pharmacy.
