The local people with option care are great, but the cooperate level is a mess. They took one payment from me and then two different employees told me they were writing the rest of the bill off because we were cash pay. Five months later, I started receiving bills which I had been told previously to ignore if I "accidentally," got a bill. I would call the cooperate billing office, and they would say we will have a supervisor call you back. Finally, after many calls, I got through to a supervisor who informed me they had no record of their employee's tell me the rest of the bill had been written off. Now, seven months later, we are having to pay the rest of the bill or be turned over to collections.
