I was sent to this pharmacy a few weeks ago by my son's pediatrician for a prescription that only they could fill. I didn't have any real problem my first time there, though I hardly felt welcomed by anyone. Last Friday I called for a refill of his medicine and was quite disappointed in the customer service I received. The pharmacist went on about how he wasn't going to be able to fill the prescription that day because it was so late (it was 2:30pm) and all of his help was leaving. I told him that I didn't mind getting it on Monday to which he responded, "well we're only open for 4 hours on Monday. Then we're closed on Tuesday for New Years. I'll just have to call you when it's ready." He certainly made no effort to make me feel like he, or Arings in general, cared for me or my son. On Wednesday when my son needed his refill, I called to see when it might be ready only to be told that it was filled on Friday. So for some reason, the man I spoke to went out of his way to make me feel like a burden on them, then filled my son's prescription and failed to call me, even though he claimed he would. Very disappointed. I'll be speaking with my doctor about switching the medicine to something my normal pharmacy can fill.
