There are many options for your pharmaceutical needs in and around this area. I've maintained my business here as I feel it's more "mom and pop" than it's conglomerate competitors just a short ways down the block in all directions. I enjoy the "family" aspect of this establishment; and respect their hard work. However, maybe they need a vacation or some serious consideration if this is what they all still want to be doing as a means of employment. Lately I feel like it's been less "personal" and "more hurried" and almost some sort of "annoyance" to have questions. But wait, then I had an issue and had to deal with my insurance company while in the store since my prescriptions weren't coming thru to the store correctly. In fact I had to go back twice, which was ok and I felt so bad and kept apologizing. However in the end it kinda seemed like (no offense) the problem was with the fulfillment aspect of it -- not the insurance (surprisingly!) or script. Regardless I was appreciative it was sorted out. I'm sorry they had to deal with the insurance side of things -- but you think I could have gotten a "have a nice night" or a "we appreciate your business" or a "thanks for being sympathetic" or anything?! I was really saddened by that and frankly if this was such an inconvenience I might go somewhere I'm sure it won't be.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The pharmacist provided me with the most detailed explanation I have ever received. I knew exactly what I was prescribed and when to take it.
