They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They have never given me the wrong medication. I always know I'm getting what I need. They have really great service, and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.
