They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I asked them to special order a niche market product and now they stock a small quantity of it without my asking for a reorder. Service like that keeps me coming in. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that if anything goes wrong, they make every effort to correct the situation.
