They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
