One of the women working there was SO RUDE & OFFENSIVE to me and my son that we vowed never to go back there again. My son takes meds for mental issues and this was the first time he's ever gotten his meds from a pharmacy (he usually got them directly at the clinic) He innocently presumed that you could pick up your prescription a few days before the refill date just to get it over & done with.. these aren't narcotics either, so it's not like it was painkillers or benzos..

And the woman working there had the NERVE to insinuate that my son was "fiending for drugs" because he thought it was okay. And come to find out.. after looking into this topic, it turns out that as long as your script isn't for narcotics, you can pick them up as early as a WEEK before the refill date. He went maybe 3 days before the date on the bottle and they treated him like he was a fiendish druggie craving anything he could get his hands on. The way she spoke to us was the most OFFENDED I had ever been in my life. To accuse my family and I, who are upright middle class citizens that help our community and volunteer, of being desperate drug addicts was SO INSULTING. That woman should not be allowed to work anywhere in my opinion. The one with the short black hair.. we transferred our scripts to Rosepine Pharmacy immediately!!!
