They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It deserves 5 complete stars. They were personable and received me as I immediately entered the building. They researched the items that I could not find on the shelf and was willing to order and ship the items that were available by catalog.
