The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They've never been able to answer any of my questions quickly over the phone. I'm usually on hold for quite a while. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
