I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
