They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was address ed. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The reason for that is the front office staff. The two vets are awesome but the office staff makes you feel like you are bothering them when you call for anything. Very dismissive and condescending (Marsha). For this reason I am now going elsewhere.
I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. However, they have changed in their fees over the years. Now that Dr. Rawls is not in charge, beware of all the extra fees they try to tack on. I know they must make money but this is very disappointing. Question everything if you are not directly dealing with Ben!!!!
