They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The reason for that is the front office staff. The two vets are awesome but the office staff makes you feel like you are bothering them when you call for anything. Very dismissive and condescending (Marsha). For this reason I am now going elsewhere.
