I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
