Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment. The doctor's are horrible and constantly crack unappropriate jokes/comments about my pet's weight or their appearance. My pet is my family and it is definitely not something that makes me happy. Also, the office manager (cant remember her name but it older with short auburnish colored hair and glasses) is EXTREMELY rude and unwelcoming. She always appears as if Im bothering her when I come in and she is there. I would not recomment his place to a single person. Basically the first visit is great, but after that they could care less about you. Their billing is also screwed up like no other!
