Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I have lost my faith in their care because they misdiagnosed my pet and were unwilling to even consider the fact that it was their fault my pet got worse. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They didn't really seem to be overly friendly to my pet. My pet didn't appear frightened, but I wasn't overly impressed.

Both doctor and his wife/assistant are professional, caring individuals. I have complete confidence in them and take all my pets to see them when we're in the area for the winter.
