I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. As far as boarding facilities go this is one of the better ones that I have seen and I feel confident that the staff takes great care of my pets.They try to make pets feel as safe and comfortable as possible. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.

I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
