They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The one receptionist is a terrible "B" word. The other one is nice. So it's 50/50 you'll get a nice person on the line. Check other reviews too. Same thing. Providers are 100% GREAT! So is it worth dealing with a crabby person? up to you. I'm not sure if the hassle and headache of dealing with someone who obviously does not have the same ideas of Customer service, as I the Customer does, is worth the good care you get.
