The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. There was a hint of some smell I couldn't detect, but I didn't like it. They have a huge selection of medication available.. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough. . Compared to other veterinarians in the area their pricing didn't seem too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth either. My animals are my friends and family. I want the best care for them but that seems to be in short supply here in Utah.
My dog has been over sedated on two occasions and sent home too soon. She fell out of the car when I opened the door and laid on the garage floor whining. she was obviously in pain but I was not give any pain meds for her. When I called, the staff did not give any helpful
advice. The next day I took my cat to be groomed. The cut was uneven and she was trimmed in strange places. She looked as though I had been done by a child. Not only that, she came back dirty and over sedated. Dr. Mike seems to be a good diagnostician but the ancillary staff are less than adequate.
