Dr. Frizzell is the only one to see. I took my furbaby in and she saw Dr. Mayo for the first time. He walked in defensively, would not allow her to sniff and tried pushing her back with a file. Of course my dog felt uncomfortable and started barking and whining. He then told me to get her, which I did, he still did not allow sniffing or greet her. She began to bark and growl at that point. (FYI - She has NEVER reacted this way to a person before) He left the room and the tech came back telling me I had to muzzle her or he wasn't coming back in. I am absolutely baffled at any vet that would approach an animal that way and then blame them for being "aggressive". I am seriously considering switching vets after this experience. I will give them another shot with my dog seeing only Dr. Frizzell and hope that in the future everything is as good as her previous visits with him.
