It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
