Glen Shuler is the BEST veterinarian that I have EVER been to.. We have we have five animals under his care, and in the past we have had our dogs in his care. We had a dog her name was Ladybug, she had cancer, and he did everything he could to treat her. There was nothing that could be done, so he gave her medicine to make her comfortable.. the medicine helped her live almost a year after her diagnosis. We had a dog name Mack. He was a beagle.. He got attacked by a pack of dogs.. and we had to take him to the animal hospital in Charleston.. I called them from the road after I had picked him up, and they were ready and waiting for me outside... to help me get him out of the car.. I consider these people apart of my family! They help us so much!!! They aren't expensive in any way.. we can afford whatever we need done... We just had our two cats spayed there at Dr. Shuler's and they did a wonderful job! Now.. the cats are perfectly back to normal!! They are very knowledgeable.. and treat our animals with care, and us with care... When we had to put Ladybug down, Dr. Shuler was so sweet to my husband.. and gave him a hug, and said he understood how hard it was.. that right there makes this the only place we will take our animals...

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
