Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.
