It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
