Gone down hill. You miss an appointment, you are charged for that appointment even if you cancel it weeks ahead of time. You schedule a shot for your cat and your house burns down, Jessica charges you for the shot and appointment. And then when you reschedule, she charges you again for the same thing. She says she can do what she wants to do and people just have to suck it up. The vet's are good if they are allowed to work. Who can afford a yearly for a cat that now runs several hundred dollars? Or worse yet, you pay in cash and they can't find where they put your payment. You have to pay again in full or you don't get your cat back. No way we are going there again
