They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

I have been taking my pets here for 18 yrs. My dog had an accident and the doctor attending my dog had absolutely no experience. My impression of her and the staff was to increase the bill as much as possible. My dog was tested for lymes but it came up negative and giving medication anyway. My dog hurt both wrists which at the time we didn't know what happened. The doctor knew both wrists were hurt but didn't splint until 2 days later when that bill was incredibly high. I asked the doctor numerous questions about my dog but told I don't know so many times I cannot count. She refused to look me in the eye when I had a direct question or to refer me to a specialist at an additional charge. She couldn't read the xrays, told me that someone else would be available to read them. She called me two days after the splints were put on to see if my dog chewed them off and nothing else. If I had additional questions that I should call her boss. I had to make a called to her boss without her having the decency of giving me his name. He didn't have a clue about the case. She left me with the impression that they spoke. They didn't. I requested my dogs xrays. I picked them up, now I'm left to find another vet to tend to my pet. I removed one of the splints myself today and found that they were cutting my dogs right leg. I never heard back from them to see what happened, $900.00+ later and a very frustrating experience. They are HORRIBLE.
